This policy explains what happens to the information you share when you use the contact form or the project wizard on kernixstudios.com. We collect as little as we need to reply to you and quote your project — nothing more.

When you submit the contact form or the project wizard, we receive whatever you type into it — typically your name, email and/or phone number, company (optional), the type of project you're interested in, and any details you choose to share. We don't run analytics or tracking scripts on this site, so we don't collect browsing behavior, and we don't set marketing or advertising cookies.
3. How we use it
Your submission is sent straight to our inbox (info@kernixstudios.com) by email, so we can reply and quote your project. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond responding to your enquiry unless you separately become a client, in which case it becomes part of the normal records for that project.
4. Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them. Form submissions are delivered over email through our own mail provider — no third-party form or marketing service is involved.
5. How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't turn into a project, we keep the email only as long as needed to follow up, then it ages out of our inbox in the ordinary course. If you become a client, project-related information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to deliver and support the work.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@kernixstudios.comand we'll action it.
7. Changes to this policy
If how we handle data changes — for example, if we ever add analytics or a new third-party tool — we'll update this page and, where the change is significant, note it here with a new date.
